To get your free virtual gift box (“Cocktails & Appetizers” for the Gold tier, or “Gourmet Brunch” for the Platinum tier), follow these steps: (Make sure you're logged in to your account.)
1. Add the corresponding virtual gift box to your cart.
2. Go to the “My Rewards” section of your profile.
3. Copy the promo code associated with your free gift box.
4. In your cart, enter this code in the “Apply a promo code” section.

Our VIP program has three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The tier you reach depends on the amount you’ve spent over the past 12 months. The higher your tier, the more exclusive benefits you’ll enjoy, including an enhanced Prestige points accrual rate, reward points, and free gift sets. Platinum members also receive an invitation to our VIP event.
