The Coffrets Prestige Giftbox is the original gift that offers you a turnkey solution for indulging yourself. With a choice of over 1,000 rigorously selected activities from across Quebec, Coffrets Prestige can be adapted to suit all tastes and budgets.

The beneficiary can choose the activity of their choice, from among all those proposed in the box. Simply contact the partner directly to book the activity. The list of all partners and their contact details are available and regularly updated on our website coffretsprestige.com.

All you have to do is register your gift card included in the box on coffretsprestige.com, in the "I have a Coffrets Prestige" section.

On the day of the activity, hand over the gift card included in the box to the partner company, which will serve as your means of payment.

2- Where can I buy Coffrets Prestige Giftbox?

You can purchase Coffrets Prestige Giftbox online via our secure payment system at coffretsprestige.com or contact our customer service centre. Coffrets Prestige Giftbox can also be purchased at any of our 550 partner stores, including Uniprix, Brunet Plus, Jean-Coutu, IGA, Metro, Québec Loisirs and many other bookstores, grocers and independent stores. 3- What is an e-giftbox?

Our website coffretsprestige.com offers a choice of over 30 themed gift boxes, giving access to over 1000 packages across Quebec. In your shopping cart, you'll be able to choose the shipping format of your choice: physical or electronic.

4- What are our ''Instant Booking'' packages?

The instant booking platform allows you to book a hotel or a hostel in Canada. There are over 3000 accommodations across the country to discover.

When you register your Prestige Giftbox from the Accommodation category on our website, click on the ''Add to list'' button. Then go to ''My account'' and ''My gift cards''. To the right of your card number, click on ''Book a hotel online''. You will be redirected to the booking platform. Enter your destination and preferred dates, and choose from the available hotels.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an instant online booking and cannot be modified or cancelled.

5- I can't find my box set on the site?

The Prestige Giftbox Amerispa, Just for Laughs, Arts & Entertainment, Boutique Hotels, Relaxation, Ski and 100% Quebec Games Gift Boxes are no longer available. However, you can exchange them by following the steps in the "How do I exchange my gift box?" section.

Use
1- Why register your Prestige Giftbox (and how)?

In case of loss or theft, the gift card can only be replaced if it has been registered beforehand. Registering your gift card at coffretsprestige.com ensures your gift card in case of loss or theft.

To register your gift card, go to coffretsprestige.com and select “I have a Prestige Giftbox.”

Create an account or log in and enter the 21 digits on the back of your gift card.

Click “Activate my gift card.”

2- Once I get my gift box, what do I do?
  1. We strongly recommend that you register your gift card on our website: "I have a Prestige Giftbox". This allows us to keep an electronic record in case your gift card is lost or stolen.
  2. Choose a package from those offered on our website coffretsprestige.com.
  3. To reserve your package, simply call or e-mail the company you have chosen. Their contact details are listed on the package's web page. Make sure you have your gift card in hand. You'll be asked for the 21 digits on the back to complete the reservation.
  4. On the day of your activity, hand in your gift card or e-card when you arrive. Enjoy!
3- How do I activate a Prestige Giftbox?

You do not need to activate your Prestige Giftbox. However, we strongly recommend that you register your Prestige Giftbox card on your account by clicking on I have a Prestige Giftbox.

In the event of loss or theft, the gift card can only be replaced if it has been previously registered. By registering on our coffretsprestige.com website, you can obtain insurance in the event of loss or theft.

Reservation
1- How do I make a reservation?

To book your package, simply call or e-mail the partner company you have chosen. Their contact details can be found on the package's web page.

If you have one of these 4 gift packs (Romantic Getaways, Hotels & Inns, Two Nights' Escape or Dreams & Wellbeing), you now have access to instant hotel booking. To access this new service, please register your gift card first, then click on the "instant booking" window.

 

2- How do I change or cancel a reservation?

We adhere to the booking and cancellation policies of each of our partner companies. Some may require you to pay for the activity if you have not notified them of a change, delay or cancellation within a specific period of time. It is best to notify the company as soon as possible and check their policies on their website.

3- How to book an ''Instant Booking'' package ?

When you register your Prestige Giftbox from the Accommodation category on our website, click on the ''Add to list'' button. Then go to ''My account'' and ''My gift cards''. To the right of your card number, click on ''Book a hotel online''. You will be redirected to the booking platform. Enter your destination and preferred dates, and choose from the available hotels.

Validity, exchange, lost or stolen
1- How do I exchange my gift card or package?

You have received a giftbox but the theme does not suit you? Don't worry about it! All the Prestige Giftboxes are exchangeable at any time and free of charge. It is possible to exchange your giftbox for one of equal or greater value. If you choose a giftbox of lower value, you will receive a discount voucher for a future online purchase via our website. In order to proceed with the exchange, please complete the form.

2- What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

If you have registered your gift card on our website, please contact us. We will then verify your identity, cancel your old gift card and send you a new one.

3- How long are gift cards valid?

Gift cards do not have an expiry date and are always valid. However, a $2.50 monthly non-use fee will be charged after 18 months following the date of purchase of the gift box. Please note that partner companies and experience packages may vary throughout the year. It is therefore advisable to check our website for an up-to-date selection of destinations and packages.

Promotion
I have a promotional code. How do I use it?

To apply a promotional code to your order, go to your shopping cart. In your order summary, enter the code in the “Promotional code” tab and click “Add.” The discount will automatically be applied to your order and all you have to do is pay the balance.

 

 

Delivery
1- How can I track the delivery of my order?

You can view the status of your order on coffretsprestige.com. Log in to your account and go to "My orders". If you need more details, you can track your order on the Canada Post website. The tracking number will be sent to you in your parcel's shipping email.

 

2- Can I change my order?

Did you make a mistake in the delivery address? Once your order has been validated and paid for, it is no longer possible to modify it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll take care of your request and let you know how to proceed, depending on your situation.

3- What are the delivery times?

Orders are dispatched at 3pm (Eastern time) Monday to Friday. All orders received before 1:30pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed later will be dispatched the following day, or on Monday for weekend orders. Under normal circumstances, delivery is assured by Canada Post within 48 hours for Quebec and 15 working days outside Quebec (within Canada), following shipment.

4- What are the delivery options?

If you have opted for an e-coffret (electronic gift box), it will be sent to the e-mail address indicated (yours or the lucky recipient's), within 15 minutes of validation of the online order. For physical gift boxes, delivery is via Canada Post.
