Some may require you to pay for the activity if you have not notified them of a change, delay or cancellation within a specific period of time. To make an exchange request, here are the steps to follow:

In the "Gift card code" field, enter your 21-digit box code without spaces and click "Verify & Add."
If you have other boxes in hand that you want to exchange, you can add up to 5 box codes.
Then click Next.
Select, using the small +, the box or boxes you wish to receive, then click "Add to Selection." You can select up to 5 boxes.
Above the summary, you will see the additional amount you need to pay, or the gift card amount you will receive, if there is a price difference with the box(es) you have in hand.
Once your selection is made, click "Proceed to Summary." You will be able to review your exchange request. If you want to make changes, click "Back"; if you are satisfied with your selection, click "Request exchange."
If there is an additional amount to pay, click on Proceed to checkout to be redirected to the payment page. If not, you will see the confirmation page directly, with the numbers you will receive by email.
