The thermal experience is based on a relaxation ritual alternating hot and cold, followed by a period of intense relaxation. It helps in particular to eliminate toxins, relax the muscles, improve the quality of sleep and strengthen the immune system. Facilities include outdoor hot tubs, temperate and ice baths, Finnish saunas, eucalyptus steam bath, thermal and Nordic waterfalls and several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with fire pits.
