The story of this distillery began in 2013 during an absinthe tasting experience, thus triggering an extraordinary adventure. A captivating journey followed, taking them to France and Switzerland, in search of the roots of the mysterious green drink. During this journey in the footsteps of absinthe, they acquired the essential knowledge necessary to create an exceptional, authentic and delicate absinthe, as it was savored at the time.
