• Rental of flight equipment (regular helmet, goggles, and flight suit) - you must bring your own lace-up sports shoes.
• Flex+ option, for peace of mind, allows you to make a free reservation modification in case of a change of plans, up to 24 hours before your experience!
* Who can fly: From 3 years old, everyone can fly, except for pregnant women, people who have had a shoulder dislocation, or weigh over 300 pounds.
* For individuals with special needs (physical, cognitive, or weighing over 260 pounds), please contact iFLY in advance to discuss specific arrangements required! More details on the website www.iflyworld.ca.
* Sales condition: The Flex+ option allows one reservation change free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience by contacting the location directly. A fee of $39.99 applies for last-minute modifications (from 24 hours up to 4 hours before the activity). After this deadline, no modifications are possible. The modification applies to all individuals with the same reservation. IFLY does not offer refunds. If someone in the group does not want or cannot fly, the flights can be distributed to other participants or to a third person during the reserved session.
