GIFT BOXES WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE 

A Prestige Giftbox does not have an expiration date. Your gift card will always be honored. However, changes may be made by our partners throughout the year therefore it is important to keep checking our web site for all of the latest updates.

FREE DELIVERY

The Prestige Giftboxes are shipped free of charge in Quebec through Canada Post instead of the usual $9.99. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. For orders outside of Quebec fees are applied and the delivery time is 15 business days. After your order, you will receive an electronic tracking number to follow your package.

EXCHANGE YOUR GIFTBOX WITHOUT CHARGE

You have received a giftbox but the theme does not suit you? Don't worry about it! All the Prestige Giftboxes are exchangeable at any time and free of charge. It is possible to exchange your giftbox for one of equal or greater value. If you choose a giftbox of lower value, you will receive a discount voucher for a future online purchase via our website. In order to proceed with the exchange, please complete the form in our "Contact Us" page and select the subject "Giftbox exchange".

LOSS COVERAGE

Create an account and register your gift card on our website. So, if you lose your unused gift card, simply call us at 1 800.701.9575 and we will be able to identify you, cancel your old gift card and send you a new one at no charge!
