A Prestige Giftbox does not have an expiration date. Your gift card will always be honored. However, changes may be made by our partners throughout the year therefore it is important to keep checking our web site for all of the latest updates.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $79,98
Orders are shipped at 3 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday by Canada Post. All orders received before 1:30 p.m. will be processed the same day. Those made later will be shipped the next day or Monday for weekend orders. For all virtual format orders delivery by e-mail is free.
You have two delivery options for physical gift boxes:
• Regular package at $9.99+tx within 1 to 5 business days*.
• Xpresspost at $20.54 with a delivery time of 48 hours*.

You have received a giftbox but the theme does not suit you? Don't worry about it! All the Prestige Giftboxes are exchangeable at any time and free of charge. It is possible to exchange your giftbox for one of equal or greater value. If you choose a giftbox of lower value, you will receive a discount voucher for a future online purchase via our website. In order to proceed with the exchange, please complete the form.

LOSS COVERAGE
Create an account and register your gift card on our website. So, if you lose your unused gift card, simply call us at 1 800.701.9575 and we will be able to identify you, cancel your old gift card and send you a new one at no charge!
