This Microbrasserie has carved out a place among the major breweries in the world. First in North America to offer a gluten-free beer as The Messenger made from rice and buckwheat to allow people with intolerance to barley and wheat to consume this product. The Nouvelle France also offers regular beers as the Ambrée de Sarrasin made of Buckwheat, mellow with a distinctive taste, the Blonde, made of spelt, with a slightly spicy taste or the Nouvelle France Rouge, made of malted barley to citrus taste and hazelnuts.
