About this package
Cardinal Brewing is located at 466 Main Rd., right in the heart of Hudson. At their taproom, you'll find a selection of quality craft beers brewed right on site, along with brewery merchandise, and a view of their brewmaster at work via the giant picture window near the bar.
The microbrewery was born when Will Tomkinson, a homebrewer and craft beer lover from B.C., and Duncan Cowie, a brewer and historian from Nova Scotia, met in Hudson, Quebec. They combined their talents in 2019 to create a place where the community could gather and enjoy quality beer together. The brewery opened in October 2020.
Their name, Cardinal, plays on the cardinal directions, as each of their beer recipes is inspired by a specific place. Their master brewer, Duncan, is inspired by both historic and modern recipes, and incorporates ingredients from all over the world in their brews.
