While sitting around the campfire, three passionate friends, already brewers of their own craft beer, made the decision to explore the world of spirits from an entirely new angle. Their goal was to reinvent the classics by adding a daringly botanical touch of freshness.
Fifteen years after brewing their very first beer in a basement, they joined forces to create avant-garde spirits inspired by their Quebecois lifestyle and opened Distillerie 3 Lacs.
