Leisure for TwoLe Caveau des Trois-Pistoles

The microbrewery Le Caveau des Trois-Pistoles opened in May 2017 in the heart of the small town at the bottom of the river in the former potato cellar, now the VLB theatre cellar and finally the brewery. Behind each beer is a history related to the vibrant local culture.
Le Caveau develops delicious and varied beers based on ingredients from the local and Quebecois terroir, ranging from German kellerbier to a rye stout and an astonishing smoked IPA, while developing a speciality in abbey-style keeping beers, notably the now famous Picardy with orange peels.
The marriage between beer and culture takes place in the Bistro Le Grenier and the Librairie de l'écrivain, where all Victor-Lévy Beaulieu's works are available. Literary events will be held there and beer, books and food pairings will be offered.
