With over 20 years of experience, Chef Jason Kacprzak is passionate about cooking and shows it by presenting a different menu for each season as he blends his culinary talents from both his Polish heritage and Québec roots. Transforming the ingredients right in his kitchen is of prime importance for the Chef, offering his clientele savory dishes that are minimally transformed and letting the products take the stage.

Bistro Kapzak also offers a selection of classic and revisited cocktails, all freshly concocted right in front of you. Chef Kacprzak’s vision is made complete with the wide choice of microbrewery beers and the tantalizing privately imported wines.
