In October of 1963, three dynamic men decide to embark on a hospitality journey : MM. Roland St-Pierre, Guy Moreau and Jean-Jacques Boutin and from that, The Boulevard was born. Guy Moreau was later the only one left in the project, alongside his spouse Lucille St-Pierre. Form a simple restaurant in the 60s, Le Boulevard became an institution in St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu.
