· Jerk chicken (thigh, pikliz, lime wedge)
· Gratin dauphinois (potato, cream, smoked gouda, onion, smoked garlic, thyme, served in a bundle of Brick pastry)
· Side of carrot (Nantes carrots glazed with honey and sherry, raita sauce and roasted almonds)
· Rockfeller scallops (spinach, shallot/white wine cream sauce, parmesan on salt melt)
