At St-Bruno-de-Montarville, only a few kilometers away from Montreal, you will discover an extraordinary gastronomical experiment in a rustic décor. Born in Alsace in a family who exerts the profession of vine-grower since 4 generations, Thierry Kobloth dreams to have a company and to pursue the tradition. He thus becomes cook in 1988. His experience enables him to be a chef in several grand hotels of Switzerland and the south of France. He then leaves his native Alsace in 1994 to come and established himself in Quebec and, in 2004, becomes owner of a vineyard and then starts to share his cooking talents with the people. Here is an overview of his menu: salmon poached or grilled, chicken stuffed with goat cheese and blackcurrant sauce, duck confit and many other dishes of which Alsatian specialties like sauerkraut. One eats, one drinks, one discusses and one has pleasure in a peaceful and natural environment
