If you have an objection to your therapist being a man or a woman, please mention this when booking. 
You must arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your health questionnaire. 
A delay will result in your care being shortened to meet the schedules of other clients.
When making an appointment, we will take a credit card number and your box number that you must activate. No money will be debited.
Cancellation or relocation of appointments within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the value of your package. Otherwise, you will lose the entire value of your giftbox.
